It is located in Hasanaliler Street, Narlıkuyu Bay, Silifke district of Mersin province. It is situated at a distance of 600 m to the southwest of Cennet sinkhole. There are natural cave formations with stalactites and stalagmites formed over thousands of years in this cave having a length of 200 meters. It is believed that the air inside the cave is good for the asthma patients. This cave is called so because wishes were made by tying fabrics on the branches of the trees in the vicinity.

The formation of the cave which people wish to ease their breathing had to descend inside using a helical staircase made of iron extends back to the 3rd geological period. The galleries that are interconnected with each other and having a length of 200 meters are ornamented huge stalactites and stalagmites in interesting forms with the accumulation of silica mineral. The rate of humidity is 85 percent during the summer and it rises up to 95 percent during the winter.
