The aim is to produce Muslim professionals and subsequently elevate the economic status of the Muslim community. Baitulmal Professional Institute (IPB) was established on 23 April 1992 through the efforts of the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Council (MAIWP) and Federal Territory Foundation (YWP).

It began its operations at Wisma Awal, Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz, Kuala Lumpur in April 1992. IPB later relocated to its permanent campus at Lot 1363, Jalan Perkasa, Off Jalan Kg. Pandan, Kuala Lumpur in June 1996. Thus began a new chapter for IPB in fulfilling its mission.

We firmly believe that every individual possesses untapped potential, as success and excellence often arise from every setback. Therefore, continuous opportunities for guidance, encouragement, and support should be provided to foster not only the personal and family excellence but also national and societal achievements.
